Tips for Voice Broadcasting
Use an Attraction Marketing model
Since many company guidelines may not allow using automated dialing systems
for generating prospects, the best way you can use this powerful tool is to send
generic voice broadcasts only to sell the system to other MLM distributors or
Businesses who want to use it as a marketing tool. Once they are a client of
yours and you have a relationship you can then discuss your MLM business with
them.
This is an attraction marketing model that will allow you to build
relationships with a lot more strong MLM people than you could by directly
prospecting them and has the added advantage of generating some high profit
sales that will help to fund your entire marketing budget.
- Target MLM prospects by using Genealogy Lists or Small business
owner lists for your broadcasts
- Use Geneology lists from www.genealogygiant.com/ .
These will allow you to do larger broadcasts but your response rates
will be lower since the list will contain active reps and inactive reps.
- Use Reverse marketing active MLM lists from http://www.ibuzzleads.com/ Even
these are more expensive they are all active MLM people so your response
ratios will be much higher. These are the ones I recommend.
- The sales process will target your leads to sell them the Voice Broadcast
software as a tool for their business. Your outbound messages will target
them using the voice broadcasting as a tool for them to generate leads for
their existing business.
- Use Specific company names in your broadcast to generate higher
responses ie " I can help you build your Noni business...etc"
- Transfer voice mail boxes: This is the voice mail box that will
have the longer version of your sales presentation on it. You probably
only need one but you can get multiple free voice mail boxes from the

- Sales Process:
- Call prospects back within 30 to 60 minutes.
- Build rapport
- Ask Questions: Ask how long they have been with their current company
and how its going. Then ask if they have been in other MLM companies and
what their business background is. This will give you a some ides of
their background so you can custom tailor your presentation.
- Give them an overview on how the voice broadcasting works and they
type of response ratios. Share with them the success story of the ibuzz
rep from the ibuzz training on using reverse marketing leads below.
- Take them to ibuzzpro website: If they are on their computer have them
go to your website while you are on the phone, tell them to review and
you will call them back in 30 min.
- Get their e mail and send them your ibuzzpro website link and your
contact info.
- Follow up on the good prospects and set up a drip campaign for
everyone else.
- Done correctly your closing rations over a month should average about
10%
- Do not try to push your primary business unless they ask you about it.
In your discussion with them you will find out pretty quickly if they
are focused into their deal or are open to looking elsewhere.
- Over time you should be able to convert about 20 to 30% to reps for
your primary.

Redirect your custom website name to your ibuzzpro page: Register

you can give to your prospects over the phone when you call them back. Use
Godaddy to register your website name (cost $9.95/yr) and then redirect your
website address to point to your ibuzzpro webpage. Godaddy also will
give you a free e-mail address to use with your website URL name. Use the
link below to see what names are available and register your web name.
Call back all prospects including all prospects who pushed the
transfer button even if they did not leave a message. You can get this list
of numbers but running a report in your ibuzz software after the broadcast
and then clicking on the link next to the number that shows you the number
of transfers. This will open up an excel document with all the phone numbers
of everyone who pushed the transfer button.
